(Reuters) - The agreement will result in one-time net income for Yara of more than 700 million Norwegian crowns , which is expected to be booked in the third quarter, Yara International ASA and Praxair said in a statement.
Yara, one of the world's biggest fertiliser producers, said it would put its industrial gases in Norway, Denmark and Sweden into the 50/50 venture.
