(Reuters) - ABN filed its documents on Wednesday after Bank of America officially filed its appeal on Tuesday.
The Supreme Court has indicated a timetable that will give involved parties about two weeks to file documents, the sources said. The advocate general will then provide advice over about two weeks, and then the court will take two to three weeks to reach a decision. That would take a decision to early July.
