(Bloomberg) -- Canadian stocks rose for a second day, led by phone companies including Rogers Communications Inc.
The Standard & Poor's/TSX Composite Index added 21.99, or 0.2 percent, to 13,956.63 as of 9:53 a.m. in Toronto.
