(Reuters) - The Dow Jones industrial average was down 3.66 points, or 0.03 percent, at 12,570.19. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 1.31 points, or 0.09 percent, at 1,447.08. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 3.55 points, or 0.14 percent, at 2,474.06.
