(Reuters) - Stolt-Nielsen S.A. said the Commission's statement concerned "alleged infringements of the EU and EEA competition rules regarding the maritime transport of bulk liquids on deep sea routes in the period August 24, 1998 to April 8, 2002."
It said it would cooperate with the Commission and believed its status as an applicant for leniency remained unchanged after being granted provisional immunity in February 2003.
