(Reuters) - Comverse's former CEO, Jacob "Kobi" Alexander, who has been charged in the United States with manipulating stock options, fled to Namibia last year.
He has surrendered his passport and remains in that country, where he is awaiting a hearing on an extradition request by U.S. authorities.
