(Bloomberg) -- PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara,
Indonesia's state-owned power utility, plans to sell 3 trillion
rupiah ($340 million) of bonds, the country's largest rupiah-
denominated corporate bond transaction, in July.
Listrik Negara, or PLN, will sell 2.7 trillion rupiah of
15-year bonds and 300 billion rupiah of 10-year Islamic bonds,
the company said in a prospectus published in the Bisnis
Indonesia newspaper today. Muslim Syariah laws forbid the
payment and receipt of interest.
