European Stocks Advance, Led by Anglo American, Voestalpine, TeliaSonera

(Bloomberg) -- European stocks advanced as rising
copper prices lifted mining companies including Anglo American
Plc. Voestalpine AG climbed to a record after Credit Suisse Group
raised its price estimate for the steelmaker's shares.

``The future prospects for raw-material producers are
sensational,'' said Herbert Perus, who helps oversee the equivalent
of $57 billion as head of global equities at Raiffeisen Capital
Management in Vienna. ``Looking at long-term demand for commodities,
the only way is up.''

Peruvian Stocks Rebound, Gaining Most in 13 Years: World's Biggest Mover

(Bloomberg) -- Peru's main stock index rose the most in
more than 13 years as investors bet a selloff left some shares
cheap, given the prospect for profits driven by increased consumer
spending and high commodity prices.

The Lima General Index climbed 1537.42, or 8.3 percent, to
20,081.24, as of 3:05 p.m. New York time, its steepest gain since
November 1993 and the biggest move among global benchmarks.
Mexico's stock index rose to a record for a second day, led by
copper miner Grupo Mexico SAB and cement-maker Cemex SAB.

Morgan Stanley Sells CLO to Finance Nicaraguan Potters, Peru Shopkeepers

(Bloomberg) -- Morgan Stanley sold a $110 million
collateralized loan obligation that will help finance small
businesses in developing economies from Nicaraguan potters to
Peruvian shopkeepers.

The securities, which package loans and use the income to
pay investors, were bought by about 21 banks, hedge funds
insurance companies, money managers and mutual funds, Morgan
Stanley said today.

Perusahaan Listrik Negara Plans Indonesia's Biggest Rupiah Bond Offering

(Bloomberg) -- PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara,
Indonesia's state-owned power utility, plans to sell 3 trillion
rupiah ($340 million) of bonds, the country's largest rupiah-
denominated corporate bond transaction, in July.

Listrik Negara, or PLN, will sell 2.7 trillion rupiah of
15-year bonds and 300 billion rupiah of 10-year Islamic bonds,
the company said in a prospectus published in the Bisnis
Indonesia newspaper today. Muslim Syariah laws forbid the
payment and receipt of interest.
