(Bloomberg) -- Shares in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, rose for a fifth consecutive day, led by Dubai Islamic Bank, the world's oldest commercial Islamic bank and Dubai Financial Market PJSC. Shares in Saudi Arabia fell.
The Dubai Financial Market General Index advanced 1 percent to 3904.13, bringing the five-day gain to 3.1 percent. The Abu Dhabi Securities Market Index was little changed, declining less than 0.1 percent to 3090.35.
