U.S. Stock-Index Futures Advance; Citigroup, Lexicon Advance in Europe

(Bloomberg) -- U.S. stock-index futures gained on
speculation that a home-sales report today will show signs the
housing market may be improving.

Citigroup Inc. advanced in Europe after the South China
Morning Post said the biggest U.S. bank is targeting 13 percent
growth in revenue from its Hong Kong operations. Lexicon
Pharmaceuticals Inc. climbed after saying preclinical research
showed its experimental antibodies may treat heart disease.

Auxilium, Bowater, Cascade, Limelight, U.S. Steel: U.S. Equity Movers

(Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies
whose shares are having unusual price changes in U.S. exchanges
today. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names.
Share prices are as of 1:20 p.m. New York time.

Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AUXL US) rose $1.08, or 7.4
percent, to $15.59. The drugmaker said it would raise $49.9
million by selling about 3.7 million shares for $14.50 a share.

Acadia, Johnson Controls, Matria, TAL, TD Ameritrade: U.S. Equity Movers

(Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies
whose shares are having unusual price changes in U.S. exchanges
today. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names.
Shares prices are as of 10:10 a.m. New York time.

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ACAD US) rose $1.87, or 15
percent, to $14.30 and traded as high as $14.40. The developer of
drugs to treat central nervous system disorders was recommended
by CNBC host Jim Cramer, who said the company will benefit from
three promising drugs in U.S. Food and Drug Administration
clinical trials.
