(Reuters) - The Fed has held the target rate on overnight loans between
banks at 5.25 percent since June 2006.
The other U.S. primary dealers predicting an August rate
cut in Reuters' poll of 21 U.S. primary dealers were BNP
Paribas, Cantor Fitzgerald and UBS Securities.
